摘    要:本文以全球红葡萄为试材,研究在花前3天用赤霉素(GA3)与链霉素(SM)处理对全球红葡萄生育和果实品质的影响.结果表明:75mg/L GA3处理的坐果率最高,为76.8%;300mg/L SM处理后,无核率达到了100%;但二者单独处理对全球红葡萄均有一定的副作用,而GA325mg/L SM400mg/L处理后的无核率也高达96.3%,且果实的其它性状指标无明显变化,在生产上有推广应用价值.

Abstract:Study on influence of GA3 and SM on growth of seedlessness in grape Red Globe at three days before blooming.The results obtained from this experiment were as follows:when GA3 was used at the concentration of 75mg/L,the fruit setting rates of red globe arrived to 76.8 percent;when SM was used at the concentration of 300mg/L,the seedlessness rate was 100%;the two chemicals also brought some side-effect.The seedlessness rate of the red globe was very high by GA325mg/L+ SM400mg/L,arrived to 96.3%,and the alteration of other fruit indicators did not appear,so this treatment has actual meaning to generalize in production.
