新型无毒无味卡尔.费休试剂的研制

摘    要:对原卡尔.费休试剂进行了改进。以无毒无味的咪唑代替了原试剂中的吡啶,并以乙醇代替了试剂中的甲醇,制成了无毒无味的卡氏试剂。对由卡尔.费休试剂组成的电解液进行了改进,用碘化物代替碘,解决了长期储存和问题。

Abstract:In the determination of water in organic materials,Karl Fischer method is the most useful and accurate.But the components in Karl Fischer reagent, pyridine,methanol and other organic reagents are volatile,have strong foul smell, toxicity and the reagent is not stable in storage. This paper made some improvement about it. A kind of amine which has no smell and little toxicity is selected to replace pyridine. Organic materials containing active hydrogen and iodide ion being able to produce iodine at the anode and dissolve in the electrolysis solution, is selected to take the place of iodine. Originally the electrolysis solvent used in coulometry contained methanol and chloroform, they were replaced by ethanol and an organic solvent.
