摘    要:就 2 2 0 5双相不锈钢复合板的生产工艺过程进行了研制、观察 ,重点介绍了厚复层 2 2 0 5双相不锈钢复合板爆炸焊接 ,轧制温度控制与相比例的关系及对板形的控制 ,并对试验结果进行了讨论 ,从而找出爆炸—轧制双相不锈钢复合板生产的可行性工艺路线。

Abstract:The forming process research of 2205 dual-phase stainless steel cladding plate, and lays stresses on explosive bonding of the thick cladding layer of 2205 dual-phase stainless steel, control of rolling temperature,the relation with phase proportion,and control of plate shape were introduced,and the experiment results were analysed. By this research, an optimum process of forming 2205 dual-phase stainless steel cladding plate was got by method of explosive plus rolling process.
