| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于功能测试的可编程通用总线仿真测试系统，并对其硬件和软件系统的组成原理和功能做了详细的介绍。针对不同的测试内容，提出了基于本测试系统的相应测试和诊断方法，将总线仿真系统的这些测试方法应用于带微处理器电路的测试中，取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Presents a functional test based universal bus emulation test system,and a detailed introduction of its hardware and software system is presented.To different units under test(UUT),the corresponding test and diagnosis approaches are presented,and the test system is applied to a digital circuit board with microprocessor,experiments show that satisfactory results have been obtained. |
