基于CATIA的装配型架骨架快速设计技术研究与实现

摘    要:骨架设计对飞机装配型架的总体性能和研制进度具有重要影响。在深入分析骨架形状及其设计特点的基础上,提出了主元线框的概念,并建立了可扩充可修改的骨架线框库。在CATIA平台上建立了骨架设计的流程向导,大大提高了骨架设计的效率,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The frame design plays an important role on the whole performance and development time of an aircraft assembly fixture.By the study of the shape and the design characters of the frame,a new concept,main frame sketch,is brought forward,and a frame sketch library is built based on it.The sketch in the library can be expanded and edited dynamically.Moreover,a wizard for frame design is developed on CATIA,which is well used,and the efficiency of frame design is improved dramatically.
