基于PROFIBUS的矿粉料位监控系统硬件设计

摘    要:针对用户需求,设计了一套基于现场总线技术的监控系统。系统以两台西门子S7-300可编程控制器为控制核心,分别负责两个料仓的数据采集、运算、运行控制任务,以上位机作为监控和管理平台,PROFIBUS作为系统协调统一的纽带。系统实现了料位检测、卸料控制、除尘风机运行的自动化,改善了现场环境,节省了劳动力资源,提高了生产和管理的自动化水平。
