摘    要:采用现场燃烧调整试验方法,进行了机组负荷、运行氧量、二次风配风方式、磨煤机运行组合方式和煤质等因素对300 MW机组切圆燃烧锅炉NOX排放影响的试验研究。试验结果表明:氧量、负荷、煤质是NOX排放浓度的主要影响因素;而在保持大量燃尽风实现分级燃烧下,二次风配风方式对NOX排放浓度的影响较小。在燃烧调整试验研究基础上,建立了300 MW锅炉NOX排放浓度与主要运行因素的多元线性回归关系式,该关系式可用于指导锅炉NOX排放浓度的在线运行控制和预测。

Abstract:Based on on-site combustion tuning method,experimental research has been conducted on the factors influencing NOx emissions from the tangentially fired 300MW boiler,including unit load,oxygen content,secondary air distribution,combined operating modes of mills and coal quality,etc.Experimental results show as follows: oxygen content,unit load and coal quality are the main influencing factors of NOx emission concentration;secondary air distribution mode has minor impacts in the case of excessive combustion air and staged combustion.Furthermore,multiple linear regression correlation is established between main operation factors and NOx emission concentration of 300MW boiler in order to direct the online operation control over boiler NOx emission concentration and make reasonable predictions.
