化学计量学方法用于毛细管电泳中未完全分离峰定量解析的研究

摘    要:研究了多元校正与实验设计相结合,采用内标法以及人工神经元网络法来改善毛细管电泳中未完全分离峰的定量解析。运用所提出的方法,在获得满意的定量分析准确度的同时,也提高了建立分离方法的效率,缩短了分析时间。本文还对不同方法所得结果进行了比较和评估。

Abstract:This paper is focused to study the possibilities of using a multivariate calibration with suitable experimental design, internal standardization technique and artificial neural networks (ANNs) to improve the quantification in unresolved peaks in capillary electrophoresis. Using proposed approach, method development can be more efficient and analysis time shortened while sufficiently precise quantitation can be achieved with acceptable precision. The results obtained with different methods are compared and evaluated .
