电动自行车用胶体电池的开发

摘    要:论述了胶体电池用硅溶胶的具体要求,探讨了与胶体电池相适应的隔板,并对胶液的灌注过程进行了描述。用电动自行车电池灌注酸液和胶液进行了循环寿命实验发现,当正板栅合金使用Pb-Ca-Sn-Al或Pb-Sb-Cd时,使用胶液的电池的循环寿命高于普通的酸液电池。

Abstract:Detailed requirements of silicone sol for gelled battery have been described.Separator suited to gelled battery has been discussed and filling process of gelled electrolyte is described.When test is process that is filling acid and gelled electrolyte to E-bicycle batteries with Pb-Ca-Sn-Al or Pb-Sb-Cd grid alloy,it is found that the cycle life of batteries filled with gelled electrolyte is higher than that of common acid batteries.
