大型预焙槽低电压生产中角部长问题处理的探讨

神火铝业200kA系列电解槽原设计电流强度200kA,槽电压4.25V,散热方式也是采用底部保温、侧部散热,近两年来为节能降耗,强化电流,槽电压逐步降低,现电解槽工作电压已降低到3.94V,能量收入减少,电解槽现角部长.为解决此问题,设计一套引流片,并联在角部长的对应阴极软母线上,增加该处的导电量,同时该处加强保温,控制电解质在该处阴极上析出,达到消除角部长的目的,该装置已申请了专利保护.
