摘    要:从传热理论对底阳极进行了计算研究。水冷钢棒式底阳极设计独特,每天两班生产已安全运行3年多仍完好无损,经东风汽车公司、国内专家鉴定认为:整体技术上处于国内领先水平,水冷钢棒式底阳极技术属国内首创。

Abstract:On the basis of heat transfer theory, calculation analyses have been made on bottom electrode in DC arc furnace. The proprietary water cooling steel rod type bottom electrode used in a foundry arc furnace has successfully operated more than 3 years in 2 shifts a day. It is authenticated by relevant domestic experts that the above electrode technology is in the lead in China.
