| 摘 要： | 树立和全面落实科学发展观,对于全面建设小康社会,进而实现我国社会主义现代化的宏伟目标具有重大而深远的意义。石油安全问题,是影响我国经济发展、社会稳定的重要因素。针对我国石油安全面临的严峻形势,以科学发展观为指导,结合我国石油安全保障和能源战略,探讨实施可持续发展战略的重要意义。

| Abstract: | To set up and implement outlook of science development is of important and profound significance for construction of well-off society and realization of great target of our modern socialist construction. Oil safety is an important factor affecting the growth of economy and stability of society. In view of the serious situation the oil is facing, guided by the outlook of science development, and combined with the oil safety insurance and strategy of energy resources, probed into importance of implementation of continual development strategy. |
