| 摘 要： | REACH法规被列入附件14的物质称为高度关注，未经授权不得在欧洲销售和使用。截止2010年3月8日，分三批公布了38种高度物质。文章将这些化学物质分成四大类，就其毒性、应用范围及影响作了详细解读，希望有关行业注意这些物质的应用。

| Abstract: | The substances under Annex XIV in REACH are SVHC （Substances of Very High Concern）, which are not allowed to market and apply in Europe if not authorized. The 38 items of SVHC are released in 3 groups by 8th, Mar, 2010. The passage puts the substances into 4 categories and interprets their toxicity, application and influence in detail with aims to raise the awareness to the concerned industries. |
