| 摘 要： | 有效需求不足成为制约经济增长的一个非常重要的因素，要促进经济增长，必须 扩大有效需求，其中扩大农民的消费需求对扩大内需意义重大。而现实中存在诸 多影响农民消费需求扩大的因素，针对这些因素，必须采取相应的措施，才能真正 实现民消费水平的提高。
