无机缓凝剂对建筑石膏性能的影响

摘    要:研究了L缓凝剂对建筑石膏的凝结时间、水化特点以及硬化体强度的影响,并与常用的缓凝剂-柠檬酸、焦磷酸钠的作用效果进行了对比。结果表明,L缓凝剂不仅能有效的延长建筑石膏的凝结时间、减低建筑石膏的水化速率,而且对建筑石膏的强度也无不利影响。初步探讨了L缓凝剂的作用机理。

Abstract:The tests study influence of L retarder on setting time, hydrating characteristics and setting strength of building gypsum in comparison with effective result of often used retarder- citric acid and sodium pyrophosphate. The results show that L retarder not only can effectively prolong the setting time and lower hydrating rate of the building gypsum, but also has no disadvantageous influence on strength of the building gypsum. This paper probes acting mechanism primarily.
