| 摘 要： | 设计了一种铁路车辆轮对几何参数自动测量方案，对其主要结构和工作原理作了详细分析，并给出轮对几何参数的计算式。该测量方案采用工业控制计算机、交流伺服电机细分驱动以及各种先进的测试和控制技术，结合了三坐标测量机测量精度高和自动测头系统智能化程度高的特点，可实现列车轮对的自动和批量化检测。

| Abstract: | A project about measureing wheelset geometrical parameters is put forward. Its main structure and operating principle are analysed detailedly. Besides, the calculation expression of wheelset geometrical parameters is established. Industry computer, AC servomotor driver and various advanced measuring technologies & control technologies are applied in the projection, on the other way, the coordinate measuring machine can reach high precision and the automatic probe system is very intellectualized.
