低压加热器疏水方式改造对机组热经济性的影响研究

摘    要:低压加热器疏水方式不同对机组的热经济性影响不同。以某电厂600MW机组低压加热器疏水系统为研究对象,通过分析原有疏水系统对机组热经济性的影响,提出了几种相应的改造方案。利用循环函数法对不同方案的热经济性进行了计算和比较,得出了最佳改造方案,为低压疏水系统热经济性分析和节能改造提供了依据。

Abstract:The different drainage methods of low pressure heaters effect on the thermal economy of the unit.In view of 600MW unit in a power plant,through the analysis of the existing drainage system on thermal economy of the unit,put forward some corresponding improvement scheme.Using the cycle function method,the heat economy were calculated and compared for different schemes,the optimal modification scheme provides scientific warrant for thermoeconomic analyzing of drainage system of low pressure heaters and the thermal system energy saving reconstruction.
