标准件库管理系统中的知识重用技术研究

摘    要:通过分析知识重用在标准件库管理系统中的应用层次,分别介绍了特征重用、标准件重用、装配关系重用以及设计过程重用的理论基础和实现方法,从而实现了在UG平台的上标准件设计过程的自动化,有效提高了产品设计的效率和质量。

Abstract:Knowledge-Reuse is a process to design new product t hat makes use of the existing products embedded design knowledge and experience. Based on the analysis of knowledge reuse levels in managing standard part library system, several methods are introduced, including feature reuse, standard part reuse, assembly relation reuse and design process reuse. A standard part library managment system has been developed on UG to automatism the design process, which improves the design efficiency and quality greatly.
