摘    要:随着新世纪的到来,特别是我国第一艘航母的问世,中国将进一步提升国际战略威慑,质量将成为我国船舶设计制造行业迎接严峻挑战的关键。要保证中国的海上安全,就必须靠有竞争力的质量;要提升中国的武装战斗力,不再靠国外武器设备的买入,也要靠质量的较量。随着科学技术的进步,质量管理的重要性越发的明显。本文综合了SPC方法的涵义,结合SPC方法讲述船舶设计质量可靠性系统的关键技术及典型应用。

Abstract:With the advent of the new century, especially the advent of China's first aircraft carrier, China will further enhance the international strategic deterrence, and quality will become the key to meet the severe challenges for China's ship design and manufacturing industry. To ensure China's maritime safety, we must rely on competitive quality;to enhance China's armed combat effectiveness, we must not rely on the purchase of foreign weapons and equipment, but also rely on quality competition. With the progress of science and technology, the importance of quality management becomes more and more obvious. This paper synthesizes the meaning of SPC method and describes the key technology and typical application of ship design quality reliability system combined with SPC method.
