| 摘 要： | 网络虚拟学术社区的核心在于"互动"与"交流",属于一种基于互联网技术、信息技术等支持的知识共享虚拟社区。网络虚拟学术社区为高校教师队伍提供一个知识共享、协同合作的良好平台,研究者随时随地都可以在网络虚拟学术社区寻找到所需的理论观点和相关知识。本文首先分析了网络虚拟学术社区的内涵与外延,其次,分别从学习机制、动力机制、组织文化机制等方面深入探讨了基于协同合作创新的网络虚拟学术社区平台运行模式。

| Abstract: | The core of virtual academic community on the Internet lies in "interaction" and "communication", which belongs to a knowledge-sharing virtual community based on Internet technology and information technology support. Network virtual academic community provides good platform for university teachers to share knowledge and cooperate with each other. Researchers can find theoretical viewpoints and related knowledge needed in network virtual academic community at any time and anywhere. Firstly, the paper analyzes connotation and extension of network virtual academic community. Secondly, it discusses operation mode of network virtual academic community platform based on collaborative innovation deeply from aspects of learning, motivation and organizational culture mechanism. |
