基于贝叶斯网络的电信客户流失预测分析

Prediction and Analysis of Telecom Customer Loss Based on Bayesian Network

Bayesian network technology provides a good way for scientific researchers to analyze and speculate uncertain areas. Bayesian network has unique intuitive attributes and perfect logic of mathematical reasoning, researchers have seen the important application of the technology in uncertainty field. With Bayesian network, researchers can establish reasoning models for unknown items, and obtain predictions and analysis with reference significance. Prediction and analysis of telecom customer loss is also an uncertain field of knowledge reasoning. The article introduces Bayesian network and explains analysis of telecom customer loss, establishes corresponding tele-com customer churn model with Bayesian network mechanism and carries on prediction and analysis on it.
