考虑多种约束条件的机组组合新算法

摘    要:提出了考虑系统降出力备用约束、机组出力变化速率、线路潮流约束和断面传输功率约束的机组组合新算法。算法没有引入任何乘子,计算单调收敛,速度快,并且不需要初始可行解。用IEEE 24母线系统对算法进行了验证,结果表明,算法对各种约束条件的处理正确,解的质量好。

Abstract:Unit commitment is an important optimization problem in power system operation. Regretfully. by the presentmethods for unit commitment. calculation speed and quality of solution can't be simultaneously satisfied. This paper proposesa new unit commitment method in which some intricate constraints are considered. such as available transfer capabilitylimitations (ATCL) of lines and interfaces. down of spinning reserve. units ramp rate. The key technique of the method isthe combination of dynamic programming for one tentative running unit with economic dispatch for fulfilled load (ED-FL).Comparison of the proposed method with the Lagrangian relaxation approach demonstrates the effectiveness and the potentialbenefits of the proposed method for power system operation.
