鸡精调味料中鸡源性成分真实性鉴别研究

摘    要:研究建立鸡精调味料中鸡源性成分的PCR检测方法,该方法特异、灵敏,检测限为0.1%。运用建立的方法对市场上的7个鸡精样品和2个鸡味调味料样品进行检测,在4个名牌鸡精样品中检出鸡源性成分,而在其它3个鸡精样品和2个鸡味调味料中未检出鸡源性成分。该检测方法能够用于鸡精调味料中鸡源性成分真实性鉴别。

Abstract:A specific and sensitive PCR method was developed for detection of chicken derived material in chicken essence seasoning.The detection limit of the assay was 0.1%.9 chicken seasoning samples on the market analysized by PCR,chicken derived material were detected in 4 chicken essence seasoning samples,and were not found in 3 chicken essence seasoning samples and 2 chicken seasoning samples.The detection method can be used to identify chicken derived material in chicken essence seasoning.
