合成熊果苷的色谱指纹图谱分析

摘    要:建立了合成熊果苷的高效液相色谱—紫外光谱—质谱指纹图谱,发现熊果苷产品中主要存在两种杂质:原料对苯二酚和一种副产物,并对它们进行了定量分析。根据样品指纹图谱的整体相似程度估算了熊果苷杂质组成和含量的整体波动程度,据此可以方便准确地控制产品质量的一致性和稳定性。

Abstract:The fingerprints of industrial arbutin were developed by high performance liquid chromatography with UV and mass spectrometric detection. It was found that there were two main impurities in arbutin. One was hydroquinone and the other was an unknown compound, which contents were determined. The whole fluctuation of the impurities in arbutin samples was estimated by the comparison among their chromatographic fingerprints. The method was simple, accurate and capable of controlling the consistency and stability of arbutin quality.
