钢铁材料半固态压铸流变浆料的流动模拟研究

摘    要:利用相似模拟的方法,进行了半固态浆料自搅拌坩埚的出流及压室充填状况的物理模拟实验研究.根据相似原理设计制作了实验装置,并通过模拟实验,观察了不同粘度下(模拟不同的合金固相率)浆料的流动情况,为实际设计高熔点合金半固态浆料制备装置提供了具有参考价值的依据.

Abstract:Using the analogy simulation, an experimental study of physical simulation about semisolid slurry's out flow from the stirring crucible and the filling state of the die chamber is carried out. Based on the theory of analogy simulation, an experimental equipment is designed and prepared. Through simulation experiment, the slurry's flowing status is investigated under the different viscosity (for simulating the different alloy's solid phases). The results can be used for practical designing the semisolid slurry preparation equipment of high melting point alloy as a reference basis.
