摘    要:为了提高连杆再制造效率,克服已有再制造生产线存在的计算复杂、再制造毛坯质量不确定的问题,基于离散事件系统仿真原理构建了一种新的连杆再制造生产线仿真优化方法。通过仿真分析已有连杆再制造生产线确定堵塞现象严重的工位,提出增设检验工序和平衡生产线的新方案,制定了以时间为基准的轮班制度以模拟实际工况下的轮班制度。最后,运用ProModel软件进行仿真验证,结果显示优化后的连杆再制造生产线工位、堵塞工位处缓冲区状态性能指标有了较大提升,验证了所提方法合理可行。

Abstract:In order to improve the remanufacturing efficiency of connecting rod and overcome the problems of complex calculation and uncertain quality of remanufacturing core existing in the existing remanufacturing production line,a new simulation optimization method of connecting rod remanufacturing production line is established based on discrete event system simulation principle.Through the simulation analysis of the existing connecting rod remanufacturing production line to determine the serious blockage station,then a new scheme of adding inspection procedure and balancing production line is put forward and a shift system based on time is established to simulate the shift system under actual working conditions.Finally,the ProModel software is used for simulation verification,and the results show that the optimized performance indexes of the buffer state in the connecting rod remanufacturing line and the blocked station were improved greatly,which verified that the proposed method was reasonable and feasible.
