梅钢4号高炉强化冶炼实践

摘    要:对梅钢4号高炉强化冶炼实践进行了总结,通过抓原燃料质量、优化上下部制度、控制合适热负荷、抓好渣铁处理等方法,利用系数最高达到2.46,最低燃料比为485 kg/t,最低工序能耗为391.2kg标准煤/t.

Abstract:It is introduced in the paper the operation practices of intensified smelting in No.4 blast furnace of Meishan Iron and Steel Co.,Itd.which result in max.2.46 availability,min.485 kg/t fuel ratio and min.391.2kg standard coal/t consumption of sequence through enhancing quality management of raw material and fuel,optimizing the operation system of upper part and lower part of furnace,properly controlling the heat load and executing effective slag treatment.
