摘 要: | 在含氧气氛中进行水泥原料的分解试验,根据分解温度不同来区分有机硫化物、无机硫化物和硫酸盐;采用X射线光电子能谱仪分析了石灰石中硫的形态。采用这两种方法找出了我国东南部某水泥厂两条生产线所用原料的差别。结合预热器系统下料、增湿塔灰、除尘器灰等的SO3含量,并考虑两条生产线的工艺设计特征,分析了其中一条生产线SO2排放浓度超标的原因。

Abstract: | The difference of decomposition temperature in oxygen atmosphere may be used to distinguish the sulfur,which exists in organic compounds,sulfide or sulfate.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) can be used to study the forms of sulfur that exist in limestone.By means of the above-mentioned two methods the difference between the raw materials used in two production lines of a cement plant in southeastern part of China was identified.Combining with the difference of SO3 content of the meal from preheater system,of dust from conditioning tower and of dust collector and also regarding the characteristics of the process designs,the reasons of the excess SO2 emission of one production line were discussed. |
