摘    要:叙述了目前国内外埋弧焊的发展现状,介绍了适合于各种焊接整流嚣埋弧焊成套设备的数字控制系统及采用单片机控制逆变埋弧焊机的组成和控制原理。详细讲述了多电源串列双(多)丝埋弧焊、单电源并列双丝埋弧焊、冷丝和热丝填充埋弧焊、单电源串连双丝埋弧焊的工艺特点和使用优点。

Abstract:The application,history,actuality of SAW technique are firstly introduced in this paper.To meet the demand of the SAW control,this paper introduces the design of digital control system for submerged arc welding(SAW)which is applicable to various sorts of welding rectifier and feed wire device drove by DC motor and microprocessor controlled IGBT invertee submerged arc welding.It introduces the technology characteristics and usage advantages of multi-power sources series sequence double/multiple wire submerged-arc welding,single power source transverse double wire submerged-arc welding,cold and hot wire filled submerged-arc welding,single power source series double wire submerged-arc welding in detail.
