| 摘 要： | 该文提出了一种具有自适应特性的时频分析方法一局域波时频分布，对旋转机械中常见的动静件碰摩、不对中早期故障信号进行了分析，和频谱分析进行了比较。结果表明局域波法能清晰地描述振动信号的时频特征，为工程实际中转子系统的早期故障诊断提供有效的依据。

| Abstract: | A new adaptive time-frequency analysis method, Local wave time-frequency distribution, is presented. Based on its good features on both time-domain and frequency-domain, one can obtain a true time-frequency representation of a signal. The proposed method can improve the concentration of time- frequency distribution, and remove noise and reject the gross terms from signal. The experimental data of two kinds of early faults : rotor and stator rub and misalignment are analyzed by the method, and the results are compared with those by ordinary spectral analysis. It is shown that the proposed method can not only reveal the time-frequency features of vibration signal but also extrude components of low energy. Therefore it is a very effective tool to diagnose the early faults of rotor system. |
