| Abstract: | Fostering the innovative ability of applied-type engineering students is of special significance to building an innovative country. The innovative ability of applied-type engineering students is composed of three basic elements： foundation, personality and speciality. For fostering the innovative ability of applied-type engineering students, efforts must be made to strengthen advanced coneeption, build favourable environment, improve training mechanism, highlight training characteristics and upgrade training means. |
