| 摘 要： | 大学生就业是全社会关注的问题，在高校毕业生就业严峻的现实面前，大学生的违约现象增长趋势更成为高校就业工作的一个难题。文章分析了毕业生违约的各层次原因，讨论了毕业生缺失诚信，提出了若干相应对策。

| Abstract: | The occupation of college graduates is a matter of social concem. The increasing occupational contract-violation of college graduates has become a problem to tackle despite the occupational severity of college graduates. The causes of the occupational contract-violation of college graduates are analyzed. The occurrence of the occupational contract-violation is discussed. Some countermeasures against the college graduates＇ lack of occupational integrity are proposed. |
