| 摘 要： | 研制了聚苯胺－ ＰＶＣ 膜全固态洛美沙星离子选择电极。该电极在（１ ×１０ － ２ ～３５ ×１０ － ５） ｍｏｌ／Ｌ 浓度范围内对洛美沙星呈能斯特响应， 斜率为２９２ ｍ Ｖ／ｐＬＦ， 检测下限为１３ ×１０ － ５ ｍｏｌ／Ｌ； 用于药物样品中洛美沙星含量测定结果满意， 方法简便快速。
