| 摘 要： | 能量是否能在超声振动系统中有效传递是功率超声的一个非常关键的问题， 它关系到超声加工能否进行以及加工效率的问题。通过对超声能量在超声振动系统中的传递过程的了解， 分析在传递过程中影响超声能量传递的因素， 从理论上提出一些提高效率的具体手段和方法。

| Abstract: | It is a critical problem in the power ultrasonic devices that energy can be transmitted efficiently in ultrasonic vibration system. It concerns ultrasonic machining and its efficiency. We can analyze the factors that affect the energy transmission by studying the transmission of ultrasonic energy in the ultrasonic system. And we bring forward some methods to improve efficiency in theory. |
