酶法合成L-天冬氨酸的动力学初探

摘    要:进行了由富马酸转氨生成L-天冬氨酸的酶反应动力学的初步研究,考察了酶活性的稳定性、底物浓度和酶浓度对酶反应速率的影响.针对高浓度底物对酶反应的抑制作用,提出了一个动力学模型方程:r=21.44e0/(1+0.01044/S+S/2.63)-89.7(S—0.064)2该模型方程在s=0.02~0.12kg/L范围内能较好地拟合实验数据。

Abstract:The kinetics of the enzyme reaction, which converts fumaric acid into L--aspartic acid, has been studied. For the inhibitioh of the substrate in high concentration to the reaction, a model was derived from the reaction mechanism, which can be expressed as:Tg =21.44e0/(1 0.01044/S S/2.63)-89.7(S-0.064)2The results calculated by this model were in good agreement with experimental values at S=0.02-0.12g/mL
