摘    要:分析了妈湾发电总厂1~4号锅炉空气预热器减速机超越离合器多次修改空气预热器起动程序和改动起动方式的措施。实施后,空气预热器运行完全翻板的事故,为其它电厂同型空气预热器的技术改造提供了先例及借鉴。出现翻板的原因,提出了正常,再未发生过减速机

Abstract:The cause leading to repeated occurrence of platetumover concerning reduction gearbox of the air preheater surpassing the clutch coupling for boilers No.1~No.4 in Mawan Power Plant has been analysed, and remedial measures, such as modifying startprogramme of the air preheater, and changing the startup mode, being put forward. After implementation of the said measures, the operation of said air preheaters become fully normal, the accident of reduction gear striking the plate to turnover never occurred again, at the same time, providing precedent example and experience for technical retrofit of similar type air preheaters in power plants.
