| 摘 要： | 通过马奶与牛奶、驴奶和骆驼奶的营养成份比较，利用统计学原理进行主成分分析、方差分析和聚类分析，初步探讨认为马奶重要的营养价值及其生物学功能可能与维生素B2、蛋白质、亚油酸、精氨酸和半胱氨酸相对较高有关。

| Abstract: | By comparing the nutritious integrant of horse, cow, donky and camel's milk using statistic principle on principal component analysis, analysis of variance, cluster analysis,initially discussed to consider horse milk's important nutrient value and biological function might have relatively high concerns with Vitamine B2, protein, Linoleic acid, Arginine and Cystatin. |
