瓜馥木挥发油GC—MS分析

摘    要:利用GC–MS方法鉴定分析瓜馥木挥发油,结果表明,已鉴定成分占总脂溶性成分72.137%,共50种化合物,主要包含饱和烃、烯烃、脂肪烃衍生物、生物碱、黄酮和芳香族化合物。总挥发油以生物碱(22.349%)、黄酮类(22.192%)和脂肪烃衍生物(12.237%)为主,其中相对含量最高单体化合物是4',5,6,7–四甲氧基黄酮(22.192%),其次是1–(9–硼双环3.3.1]壬基)–4–乙基–3,5–二叔丁基吡唑(21.063%),再次是油酸甲酯(5.917%)。

Abstract:In this paper,the volatile oil from Fissistigma oldhammi was identified and analyzed by using the combination of gas chromatography–mass spectrometry( GC–MS). The results showed that the identified constituents of volatile oil contained 50 compounds whose proportion in the total fat–soluble component was 72.137%. The compounds types mainly included saturated hydrocarbons, alkenes,derivatives of aliphatic hydrocarbon,alkaloids,flavones and aromatics.In the total volatile oil,the mainly components were alkaloids(22.349%),flavones(22.192%) and derivatives of aliphatic hydrocarbon(12.237%). And the relatively highest content compound was 4',5,6, 7–tetramethoxyflavone( 22.192%),followed by 1–(9–borabicyclo3.3.1]non–9–yl)–3,5–bis(dimethylethyl)–4–ethyl–1H–pyrazole( 21.063%) and methyl oleate( 5.917%).
