平煤十矿本煤层深孔施工装备及工艺研究应用

摘    要:为解决本煤层打钻施工过程中,钻杆发热、瓦斯涌出形成喷孔、卡钻和成孔率低等问题,研发CMS1-1200/30 J新型煤矿用液压深孔钻车,其由主机液压系统、履带行走部、工作机构、机架、泵站和钻具等6部分组成,通过在钻孔设计、新型钻具和打钻工艺的研究试验表明,使用螺旋钻杆避免了钻杆壁与同一处煤粉长期摩擦而起热,减少了钻孔口产尘量,有效孔径大,完全实现由钻杆旋转的自排粉的功能,平均孔深83.5 m,提高了突出煤层中钻孔施工深度,成孔率在65%以上,提高煤层瓦斯释放和抽放效果,消除松软煤层瓦斯突出,实现安全生产。
