垂直插板式放顶煤液压支架的结构设计与水平受力分析

摘    要:针对中小煤矿对放顶煤支架的使用要求,设计了一种可以垂直上下运动的放顶煤液压支架,介绍了该支架主要结构件的设计,根据支架水平受力特点对插板进行了强度校核,同时给出了主要技术参数及配套设备,总结了支架的主要技术特点,为进一步优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the requirements of medium and small coal mines for caving coal hydraulic support,a caving coal hydraulic support which can move up and down vertically was designed,in addition,the main parts design of the hydraulic support was introduced,and the strength of plugboard was checked aiming at the characteristics of level stress.The main technical parameters and corollary equipments are also presented,and theory basis for further optimize is provided.
