| 摘 要： | 主要论述了有关文献对螺旋溜槽外螺旋角确定时存在的问题,特别提出用人为假设给料速度为依据而不是用理论计算数值而造成的一些计算错误,并用国内已设计并成功投产运行的实例经验,总结出了确定螺旋溜槽外螺旋角的方法。提出了增加减速卸料段的必要性并进行了计算分析。

| Abstract: | The problems about the outside spiral angle of spiral chute base plate existed in related references are discussed.Especially,the feeding speed is determined by technical staff and not by theory calculation,the method are presented to compare with the domestic examples.The speed reducer discharge is necessary,and the analysis is presented. |
