采煤机与输送机配套铲间距的研究

摘    要:针对采煤机在实际应用中出现的滚筒割铲板、摇臂扭矩轴异常损坏等问题,结合滚筒装煤效果,提出煤矿综采工作面三机配套中必须保证适当的铲间距。应用数学建模的方法,推导出三机配套中铲间距计算的理论公式,将理论值和实际数据做比较后,提出了确定铲间距的有效方式,很好地解决了滚筒割铲板、摇臂扭矩轴异常损坏或装煤效果差等实际问题。
