采煤机牵引部减速箱动力学仿真

摘    要:基于三维造型设计软件UG,构建了齿轮减速箱的三维模型,并将其导入机械系统仿真分析软件ADAMS中,在ADAMS中建立减速器的虚拟样机模型,对此样机模型进行动力学仿真分析,分析结果表明:所研究的采煤机牵引部减速箱各构件未发生干涉、各构件运动平稳,啮合力在设计要求范围之内,其图形传动特点均符合设计,啮合力和理论值误差很小,为有限元动力学分析提供数据。

Abstract:A three-dimensional model of a gear reducer is established based on UG.The model is inported to ADAMS and then the virtual prototype is built and analysed in ADAMS.The results show that no interference occurs among the various components and all mechanisms move smoothly and steadily.In the range of design,the transmission characteristics of meshing force's design are in line with its graphic design.The differences between meshing force and the theoretical data are very few,which is providing the data for th...
