摘    要:研究了圆环链专用钢23MnNiMoCr54的静态拉伸力学性能,包括国产料和进口料2种材料,分析了2种材料的力学性能差异。根据拉伸试验中得到的载荷-变形曲线,分别求得国产料和进口料的工程应力-工程应变曲线和真实应力-真实应变曲线。在此基础上,求得了2种23MnNiMoCr54合金的应变硬化系数。

Abstract:23MnNiMoCr54 is the special steel for the chain.The mechanical properties of two different high-tensile alloies are analysed:the material made in China and the material import from foreign and obtain the differences of these two materials.According to the force-deformation curve,obtain the true stress-strain curve and engineering stress-strain curve.The strain hardening coeffient of 23MnNiMoCr54 is also obtained.
