基于ANSYS的凸轮从动件运动分析

摘    要:进行了直动尖底从动件盘形凸轮机构的有限元仿真分析。以一对凸轮机构为实例,建立它的ANSYS仿真模型,通过凸轮从动件动力学分析,得出了其瞬态时的位移和速度曲线、位移和加速度曲线等,为凸轮机构的优化设计与改进提供了理论依据和设计原则。

Abstract:The finite element analysis of translational follower with sharp end of dish-shaped cam is presented.Taking a certain cam as an example,the analysis model is built in ANSYS and the transient displacement-velocity curve and displacement-acceleration curve are obtained.All this provide the theoretical basis and design principle for the optimization design and improvement of the cam.
