多氢酸酸化技术研究及应用

摘    要:常规土酸体系与矿物反应速度快、酸液的有效距作用离短和容易产生二次沉淀;新的深部酸化工艺可以在一定程度上增加酸液的穿透距离,但工艺繁琐,且仍然不能解决沉淀、堵塞问题。针对以上问题,2010年我厂引进多氢酸酸化工艺,本文通过对多氢酸酸液体系的性能研究,总结出了多氢酸酸液体系诸多优越性,并在现场进行试验,取得了较好的现场应用效果。
