| 摘 要： | 介绍了200kt／a聚丙烯装置试生产情况。对生产的聚丙烯牌号T30S、T36F、YD50G、H39S产品的工艺操作条件、能耗物耗、产品质量进行了分析总结。试生产数据表明，产品质量达到了标准，各项消耗指标基本上达到装置设计要求。并对装置在试生产过程中存在的问题及停车事故进行了分析.

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduced the trial production of 200 kt/a PP plant,and reviewed the processing conditions,the energy and materials consumption,product quality in production of polypropylene grade T30S, T36F,YD50G,H39S.The data of trial production showed that the quality of products meet the standard,and every consumption index basically are up to design requirements.The problems and shut down accidents during the test production were analyzed. |
