对甲苯磺酸催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯

摘    要:以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)。结果表明:柠檬酸、正丁醇的摩尔比为1:5,适量催化剂及带水剂苯存在的条件下,酯化率大于98%,产品纯度大于98%;对甲苯磺酸作酯化催化剂时的性能优于用硫酸。用红外光谱表征TBC的结构,并将其添加在聚氯乙烯和氯化聚乙烯树脂中,结果表明,使用TBC作增塑剂,其性能优于邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,且无毒。

Abstract:Tri - n - butyl citrate (TBC) was synthesized with citric acid and n - butanol as raw materials and p - toluene sulfonic acid as esterification catalyst. The results show that the esterification efficiency and the product' s purity is higher than 98% respectively when the mole ratio of citric acid ton- butanol reaches 1:5 in the presence of proper amount of the catalyst and the entraining agent of water, p - toluene sulfonie acid has the advantage over sulfuric acid in the catalytic performance when used as esterification catalyst. In case of adding the TBC in the resins of poly (vinyl chloride) and chlorinated polyethylene as plasticizer, its performance is close or superior to dioctyl phthalate.
