摘 要: | 叶轮是潜水搅拌器的重要部件,它的动态特性影响着潜水搅拌器的主要特性:动力性、振动与噪声、经济性等.结合实验模态分析和有限元理论计算,对叶轮的动态特性进行研究,对两者结果进行分析,在得出两者存在强相关性基础上,给出了基于动态特性的叶轮结构改进方式.

Abstract: | Impeller is one of the key components of submarine stirring impeller. Its dynamic characteristics have a great impact on the later key characteristics,such as dynamics,vibration and noise,economics,etc. The paper brings focus on the study of a kind of impeller's dynamic characteristics with the combination of experimental modal testing theory and finite element theory. After having the conclusion of the two methods having a consistent relationship,the paper proposes a method of improvement design of submarine impeller basing on dynamic characteristics optimization. |
