最少拍数字化全闭环位置控制系统

对数字化全闭环高精度位置控制技术进行了研究，提出对机床运动部件进行了数字化驱动，对其位移进行数字化检测，利用计算机以最少拍无波纹控制规律实现数字位置控制器，从而构成个有优良动，稳态性能的新型全闭环位置控制系统。实验结果和实际应用证明，所开发的系统工作稳定，响应速度快，具有良好的控制精度。

Least-beat Position Control System with Fully Digitized Closed Loop

A high accuracy position control technique by using fully digitized closed loop is studied.This technique uses the digitized driving device to drive the moving parts of the machine tools,the digitized measurement to get the displacement information of the moving parts,and the law of least beat and no wave to constitute the computerized digital controller.In this way the new kind of closed loop position control system with excellent dynamic and static performances has been implemented.The experimental result and actual application show that the developed system works stably,has fast response speed and possesses good control accuracy.
